To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we may not be able to process refund claims.

Refund Process

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, using the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

If rejected, we will provide a clear explanation of the reason and may offer alternative solutions such as replacement or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted before the item has been dispatched. Once shipping has begun, cancellations cannot be processed, and you may need to request a return instead.
