This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged. By purchasing from cateringequipment.io, you agree to the guidelines stated below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged securely with all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must accompany the return request.
Please Note: Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way after delivery are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom-made or special-order products.
Used or installed catering appliances.
Perishable items or consumables (e.g., bulbs, filters, etc.).
Clearance, discounted, or “as-is” sale items.
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Returns Department at info@cateringequipment.io within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. Once received, the product will be inspected before approval of a refund or replacement.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defect or error caused by Cate & Deco Equipments.
For damaged or incorrectly shipped items, we will arrange collection or reimburse shipping costs.
Items returned without prior authorization or outside the eligible time frame may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
6. Refunds and Replacements
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Depending on product availability, customers may opt for a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.
In cases of partial damage or missing parts, we may offer repair or replacement components instead of a full return.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment without penalty.
Once the order has been dispatched, the standard return process will apply.
Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
